Eatingpapers is a student-run media house and community based in Berlin, producing podcasts, hosting events, and building products. Provider details are set out in our Imprint.
2. Use of the site
You may use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or use it in any way that breaks applicable law.
3. Community conduct
Our community spaces (for example our WhatsApp group and events) are for respectful, constructive exchange. We may remove content or participants that are unlawful, harmful, or disruptive.
4. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the content on this site, including text, logos, branding, and design, belongs to Eatingpapers or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not reproduce or reuse it without permission, except where the law allows.
5. Third-party content
The site links to and may embed third-party platforms (e.g. Spotify, YouTube, WhatsApp). We are not responsible for third-party content or services, which are governed by their own terms.
6. Disclaimer
The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content is accurate or complete.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Eatingpapers is not liable for damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site. Mandatory statutory liability (for example for intent or gross negligence) remains unaffected.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, as far as legally permissible.
